45-Day Return & Exchange Window
Items purchased directly from Danoib may be returned or exchanged within 45 days from the date they are received. If 45 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included hardware and accessories.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them (free of scratches, soil, or signs of outdoor wear).

Special custom order items (such as posts with custom colors or specific bulk custom sizes) cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at support@danoib.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping address within 48 hours.

Shipment: Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit. Please note that unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Refund amounts will be credited in the same currency used at the time of purchase.
Please note:
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.
- Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the Expedited or Express Shipping fee returned to them.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
